Concrete Slab

Shed Makers will supply you with engineering for your concrete slab. Concrete slabs can be poured in 2 ways:

  1. Form and Lay prior to erecting shed.
Advantages: You can erect on a clean level slab. Makes erecting much easier and generally produces a better result.
Disadvantages: Only disadvantage is that you do not have a seal at the bottom of your wall sheeting.
  2. Erect Shed First. Pour Slab into shed.
Advantages: Provides a seal at the bottom of your wall sheeting.
Disadvantages: Makes erecting messier, no level surface to work on. MOST importantly voids all warranties on your steel. Concrete is highly corrosive when poured against steel.
